Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you don't enjoy our product for any reason, feel free to return it within 30 days to receive a full refund. Simply ship back the curtain to Izola, Inc. 20 West 20th Street Suite 700 New York, NY 10011 and also send an email to info@izolashower.com.

Q: Can I custom design a shower curtain?

A: We hope to do this in the future but at this time it is not available.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: Depending on your exact location, your order can take anywhere between one day to two weeks to arrive. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery of your purchase within the US and 10-14 business days for international orders.

Q: What should I do if I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address?

A: Please let us know immediately. However, if your curtain has already shipped, buyer is responsible for additional shipping fee.
